This program should be considered by creative students who are interested in
careers in the arts, graphic design, commercial and entertainment industries.
Students will develop skills that will help increase their career marketability.
2011 summer mural will be created for the wharf area in Brownsville.
A mural specialist will oversee and teach mural creation and design.
There will also be a reading portion during the summer for 20 hours.
- Bus transportation from specific pick up points provided.
- Stipend paid to students
- A meal provided for every class
Acceptance into this program is based upon approval granted through Westmoreland - Fayette Workforce Investment Board and subject to applicants meeting required financial guidelines. Food and stipend provided to participants. Transportation provided if needed. Transportation available in most areas. Call for details.
