This 16-month program prepares students to begin their careers in the electrical trade. The curriculum combines core instruction in electrical theory, safety, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards with practical training in residential and commercial wiring, motor controls, and PLC (programmable logic controller) systems. Students also develop skills in blueprint reading, project estimating, renewable energy systems, and workplace safety. Graduates are equipped to pursue entry-level positions in construction, maintenance, renewable energy, and electrical contracting, or to continue toward apprenticeship and licensing.
