This 16-month program prepares students for entry-level work in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) industry. The curriculum builds practical skills in heating and cooling systems, residential and commercial refrigeration, sheet metal fabrication, and hydronics, while also covering motor controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), chiller systems, and load calculations. Students gain additional experiences in project estimating, system troubleshooting, and workplace safety. Graduates are equipped to begin careers in installation, maintenance, repair, and service of residential and commercial HVACR systems.
